Mazarron Country Club (MCC) is a new, quiet development in Mazarron, Spain. It is an hour’s drive from Alicante Airport and only 30 minutes drive from San Javier Airport. The resort is nestled in the surrounding mountains, offering panoramic views, and gorgeous sunsets and is close to many beautiful coves and sandy beaches e.g. Puerto de Mazarron and Bolnuevo, both only 10 minutes by car.

MCC has a large communal pool complex with 3 tennis courts, 2 petanque pitches, and a Spanish restaurant serving traditional tapas and meals. For the keen golfers Sensol golf course is only 5 minutes away and the region has a wide range of excellent golf courses within easy reach e.g. La Manga Club, Hacienda del Alamo, Roda Golf, and Valle de Este. Garden & Private Pool		Dining & BBQ

The villa has a lovely large private pool (9x4m) with steps leading into the shallow end, totally surrounded by non-slip tiles for safety of young children, who love to run with wet feet. The garden has a very sunny orientation, providing sunshine all day long. It is well established with large palms, orange and lemon trees and a large traditional stone BBQ for enjoying meals outside in the long, warm summer evenings.

The villa has been tastefully furnished in a modern style. There is a remote control air-con system with heating modes throughout, together with ceiling fans and oil radiators for those who perhaps prefer alternatives to air-con. These are very well designed villas that remain cool inside on hot days.


Pool		Modern Kitchen

We have a modern, fully equipped kitchen, a shower room and open plan lounge/diner. There is a TV with many cable channels, DVD player, ipod speakers, CD/radio player, washing machine, electric oven/hob, microwave, large FF, toaster, electric kettle, full range of cooking pots and utensils, iron with board, hairdryer, etc. Outside there are sunloungers, poolside folding chairs, patio table with chairs, large stone BBQ, tennis rackets/balls. There is a selection of simple indoor games, puzzles, DVDs and books.

Both bedrooms have side cabinets, fully fitted wardrobes and good storage space. Shutter blinds keep rooms cool and dark as required.

Bath and hand towels are provided for indoor use only - please bring your own beach towels for the poolside and days out to the lovely beaches. Some folding beach chairs are available for your use, together with bucket, spades and balls.
